FAQ

How do I order a photo?

• Click on the “BUY” button on the gallery page.
• Fill out the necessary details, making sure to include the photo reference number(s) found at the bottom of each photo.
• Complete the payment process.

I’ll then receive a notification to send the requested photo(s) to the email address you requested. This is usually completed very promptly; however, in unlikely cases, this can take up to 24 hours. Please feel free to contact me if you need this sooner, or if you haven’t heard anything in regards to your order.

I haven’t heard anything in regards to my purchase.

Please remember to check your spam/junk folders. Due to the high number of emails with attachments, my domain is sometimes flagged as spam. Remember to add me to the safe list!

In an unlikely case, I may not have sent your photo yet. This is usually done within the hour, however, can take up to 24 hours.

How will I receive my photo?

You’ll be sent a private link to your album, which will most likely be via OneDrive or can be a password-protected gallery on the website if you prefer.

Do I have to pay by card?

Although card is preferred, you can also pay by PayPal or cash (if you see me taking photos out and about).

The photo thumbnail isn’t very clear, is this what the final photo will look like when I receive it?

Unfortunately, due to the high number of people who think it’s OK to remove my watermark and take credit for my photos, I’ve now had to lower the resolution of all the thumbnails on the website. This does NOT effect your purchased photo, this will always be the highest resolution and without watermarks.

If you want to see a higher resolution of your photo before purchase, please contact me to arrange this. It will still have a watermark, however, will be a higher resolution preview.

Where will you be when taking photos?

Check out my social media, my Facebook page inparticular as I’ll update my position on there, as well as give any updates should I need to re-locate, cancel or post the link to the photos.

How will I know it’s you taking the photos?

Look out for the white hoodie with my logo, as well as the red CBR parked up near me.
I’m aware that now I’ve started taking photos in certain locations, this is now becoming a hotspot for other photographers to start using the same place when I’m not there. Although I obviously have no control over this, please don’t mix their work up with mine.

How long have you been taking photos for?

Nearly 20 years, starting off with portrait sessions, before moving on to weddings, christenings, proms and then into motorsport from about 2010. I’ve continued to obtain qualifications and increase my knowledge in post-processing as well as developing and hosting websites.

I saw you taking photos of me, however, I can’t find them anywhere in the gallery.

Contact me with an approximate time and details of the bike and clothing. The chances are I got a few snaps, but there may be reasons as to why I didn’t post them, such as being out of focus, I missed it during post-processing, or it hasn’t uploaded correctly.

Can I have the RAW files of the photos I bought?

A common question, but unfortunately, it will always be a no.
Requesting a RAW file often means you want to edit, take ownership and credit from the photographer who took the photo.

If you have any more questions, or I haven’t answered them above, then please feel free to contact me 🙂
